illegal foreclosure/ arrest

my house was illegally foreclosed by eastern savings bank in 2009 they had me arrested for taking my appliances out of the house that i had built. Took two years to fight a grand theft charge was acquitted of all charges eastern savings couldn't prove during my trial that they owned the house or the appliances they had me arrested for. They should not get away with this.
