MONEY NOT REFUND

I have booked a ticket with edreams online on Tuesday 21 Oct 2014 so they deducted the money from my credit card and later that day they sent me an modification email that the flight is cancelled due to the date that there is no flights available on that partically day but they already deducted the money.The following day I contacted them and asked about the cancellation and the lady told me that the full amount will be refund into my bank account in 48hours. The Thursday I called again and asked if the lady can confirm the refund in writing so she sent me an email confirming about the refund. Sunday the money was still not refund into my account so I phoned them more than three times but they put me on hold for 4min to 5min than hang up. The 48hours has elapse on Friday already I have sent emails to the customer care email twice and to the investors email still no reply and no refund.
