no eticket sent yet by email

I got my booking confirmation for a flight for myself and my family (wife and 2 daughters) from Madrid to Paris on Vueling and edreams said in the same email that the eticket will be sent on a separate email. Other websites would send it within minutes, however its been 36 hours and I still don't have it. The tickets cost 432 Euros.
