Bad service

I have booked a flight with edreams. I have asked for an invoice, explaining that it was urgent to have it within the week I bought my ticket. No matter how many times I called them they either reassured me that the invoice will be sent within the next hours or that they do not know when they will be able to send it. After 8 days they sent me an invoice which was totally wrong. I kept sending them mails asking for the right invoice but I had no response. This means that I cannot be refunded by my university since I cannot provide them with a valid invoice.
