EF Tours is the worst travel company I have ever experienced!!! The tour guides were rude and verbally abusive. We were placed in the cheapest, lowest quality hotel rooms with no electricity in some rooms, non-working air, no toilet paper, and bed bugs!!!! The food was horrible! Warm water and cheap pizza night after night. The tour leaders have no compassion for sick students. Tour leaders refusing to allow students to use the restroom and very disrespectful to women. NEVER AGAIN!!! Do not choose EF Tours-there are so many other travel agencies that value students!!!
