diappointment

I signed up for Elove in 2012 while living in Austin, TX, I purchased 12 introductions, in which I have only had 6.....I was told at the time of my consultation that they had offices in California and that transferring my membership would not be an issue, so I signed, paid my $4500 and believed them and the apparent lies they were telling me, later that day I had buyers remorse so I called to cancel, I was told I could not. So I tried to make the best of it. Only 1 out of the 6 men I met had something in common with me,however he was in the process of moving out of state. We all had the fact that we had been deceived by Trista the sales rep for that area. On my pending move to California I had contacted Elove and was informed that they do not in fact have an office in California and the only way I can complete my membership was to stay in Austin...I'm sorry, does this make any since to anyone at all???? I would love to find out how to get the remainder of my introductions reimbursed....again, I was told "not going to happen" from a customer service rep of Elove. My advice.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THERE LYING REPS, their process is NOT one of science or practice, they simply send you intros of whoever they have in their systems and no commonalities at all need to be there according to them!!! Anyone wanting to start and/or join a lawsuit...let me know...I'm IN!

Trying to make me pay for services not rendered

Went in for interview and get info for friends. Rushed me to downpay 250.00 dollars. I tried to get ahold of them next day and their finance department to cancel. I read all the scam stuff and wanted out. No one would answer or they looped me to my own voicemail. I cancelled the card and auto payments and reported them as fraud to my visa card. No money was then exchanged, i received nothing from them EVER, until their finance company called me wanting money. Now I am stuck calling members services who cant do anything and are rude. I asked for their ceo's name and all heather would say is paul. How stetchy if they wont give you a ceo name. I just want this nightmare over. I am not paying for services i did not recieve and i'm actually inelligible for services because i have mental disorders.

IS A LYING SCAM

I I used elove and met my husband. He is no one I would have ever picked out for myself online. After meeting him I thought, what the hell? Atleast I would have a good friend. Now I look at him and wonder how I could ever live without him. The first two dates I went on with elove were not the greatest. But I was told by my matchmaker it was a numbers game and if I had a good attitude and used the program I would have success. It has worked for me. I think a lot of the people that have complained might be reaching out of their league. I am not a barbie doll, but when I used match.com I noticed a lot of men that were older and not in as good of shape as me were trying to meet with me. I am 52 and did not want to date anyone older than 65. I wonder if some of these complaints aren't people that are trying to meet others out of their league and then are mad at the matchmaking service for not being able to help them. I think if you have a good attitude and are realistic, you will be successful with the matchmaking program. Otherwise you will have enough time to sit on the internet and write complaints about a good company.

Deception

Did anyone notice this "new" dating service all of a sudden surface, with 25 years of experience? Funny how the phone numbers and addresses are exactly the same at The Right One. If you look at the Complaint Board, you will see that The Right One has the most complaints of any dating service. They "reinvented" themselves at least one other time, from Together to The Right One. This allowed them to sweep under the rug all of the complaints lodged against Together. And now, they've taken this approach yet again. If it was merely a matter of renaming/branding, they would have honestly and transparently made mention of The Right One in their new web site and new name. And even more coincidence, eLove has the same staff that The Right One had. Does anyone really think anything changed other than the name? I would be curious as to who will really fall for this outright DECEPTION!
