Lost Baggage

Really disappointed to write down for the company name emirates airlines for not able to provide A class service for baggage reclaim , I have lost my one baggage on 25th july 2016 at indira gandhi international airport when I was travelling through flight number EK516..I recieved 2 baggages out of 3 which is one of my main baggage ,saddest part of this is due to all this stress I was not able to celebrate my birthday with my family which is on 25th july only.
Hope I will receive the positive response else this is one of the major challenge in your company not to providing best services to your passengers.
I am still waiting for positive response from your help desk as have not recieved any call for my baggage.
Hope I have not to contact my legal advisor due to all this kind of service which is mental stress and harassment for the customers.

damaged luggage: luggage pickup for repair calls at midnight!

With great disappointment and embarrassment, i would like to tell you that the baggage pick up guy is calling and asking for a baggage pick up at midnight 12:30,the next day it was 11 pm and today i got a call at 10 pm(the latest call i got AFTER i raised the issue by emailing to mhbblrek@emirates and communicating to a customer care exec clarifying the baggage pick up time). Though the baggage pickup executive claims that emirates have a 24 hrs pickup service, this is clearly a case of harassment and insult. Since this is far beyond my tolerance level, I need an appropriate justification from Emirates. In case of Emirates failing to take any action and choose not to respond to my complaint, I will seek legal action for having delayed and damaging my luggage and on top of it, insulting a woman by providing such a horrible service.
