Customer Service Dissatifaction

ANOTHER CASE OF GET THE SALES AND THEN TREAT THE CUSTOMER LIKE DIRT. I have been in sales a long time and every company that is successful understands that customer service doesn't start at the sale but really is needed during and after the sale to be successful. Empire Today gets an "F" for this. Yes they are nice to you all during the time they are trying to sell you the product but after they sell it to you WHEN YOU GET THE PRODUCT IS ON THEIR TERMS AND NOT YOURS. In addition, to this as big as they are they don't have a way to let you know if the day they tell you they are going to have the product or the day they are going to install it is actually true. IT'S BASED ON IF IT'S ON THE TRUCK!!! This is what i have been told repeatedly by the store manager in greesnsboro, acting general manager and then someone from corporate called to tell me the same thing this morning and she was the worst. Don't put yourself in my place and purchase from them only to be told wait for your product. We did all the right things we purchased, we prepared, spent extra money to ensure that the room was ready in time, recieved an email the day before reminding us that the install was scheduled, called the morning of installation and told it was going to be installed, sat around waiting, finally called again only to be told it was not going to be installed. The worst system i have ever seen, asked to talk to the ceo or president of the company because i wanted him to know that his system is failing because i find it hard to believe that he knows how bad this is and if it's happening to me it's happening to others. I am on a corporate team myself and if i heard of this i would hit the roof but i was repeatedly told that i couldn't speak to him i guess he is too big or his people don't want him to know. At any rate i'm going to cancel my order today because customer service matters to me and my time and i don't want to buy from a company that doesn't care about the end consumer only about getting your money 'BUYER BEWARE...
