Myself, Ex Dy Commandant(B.S.F), humbly beg to state that after repatriation from Defence I, had joined " Jaypee Associates Ltd" Rewa in M.P, on 17/12/2007 as a Security Officer and sustained with this group up to 12/6/2011, approx. 03 years 06 months and during this period I continuously subscribed in my E.P.F account.
Then in the year of 2011, 12/7/2011, I joined Essar Jharkhand Power Ltd as Sr Manager and was posted to Chandwa, Latehar District in Jharkhand. But due to some issues with my supervisor I left this organization on 07/10/2011 same year. Since my departure from that Company, I umpteenth of time written to the concerned department even from bottom to top level officials for releasing my E.P.F amount and for full and final settlement but in spite of complaining repeatedly in this regard, no any prompt or concrete action has been taken by the management towards making my payment/resolving this issue which caused me a great financial scarcity before me as my daughter's marriage has been fixed and for which I am in vast need of this amount.
Sir, now please tell me how can I get my money from Essar Power Ltd. so that to meet my financial needs.
