I canceled my account months ago and am still being charged 11.99 a month. Tried to log back into my account to re-cancel my account and it doesn't recognize any of my information saying I am not a customer but it continues to charge my credit card every month!!

cancel subscription to emusic

I am desperate to cancel my subscription to emusic. I have not been able to find ANY telephone numbers on the website and just keep being invited to sign up to twitter when i click on the option to cancel. My card i used to pay has expired but it looks like i have to register a new card in order to cancel. I do not want to do this. Please, please provide either an easy on line way to cancel or a UK phone number so i can cancel ASAP.

i need you to resolve this ASAP.

fraudulent charge

STAY AWAY!!! My son got an offer for 35 free music downloads plus one ebook download from emusic.com with his Coby mp3 player.
I managed to download a few songs for him, and tried to download an ebook for myself. Instead of a 1.3 GB file, I got a 48kb file called "download.emx".
I sent a problem report to emusic.com and immediately cancelled my "free" subscriptions, but today I found out that they have charged me $9.99 for a "free" ebook that I never even got.
I'm an honest businessman and nothing horks me off worse than a crook.
*ring, ring* "Hello, Federal Trade Commission? I'd like to report a case of online fraud..."

I'm sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the your experience with us. Any downloads you attempted to make during your trial should have completed successfully. If that's not the case and your trial is still active, I can correct this for you. Also, any paid account charges only occur after the trial period ends or you exceed the trial available free balance. Unauthorized billing

I received an offer with my purchase of a Netgear router for 50 free songs and one free audio book. When I went to emusic.com I didn't like what I saw so I canceled and never downloaded anything.

When I checked my charge card statement online I saw they billed me. When I called to dispute the charge (I called three times) I was given the exact same answer read off a sheet; 'you upgraded your account before you canceled and you signed that you would not get a refund we can not give you a refund, is there anything else?' and hung up.
