Taking money out of my account with out my concent

Hi this is Luis Davidson, you are taking money out of my bank but I never made an account with you and never comefirmed anything like that with you so please can you stop taking money out of my account and I'm with bank of Ireland, so please can you stop taking money out, thank you!!!!
