Sent wrong item

Ordered a blue otterbox case. I received a black one. When I got in touch with esurebuy through email I was told that the blue was out of stock. I t also looked like it was used. I asked them for a shipping label so that I could return the incorrect one and receive a credit on my credit card for the return. I was told that they would do an exchange only. I emailed them two more times and got no response at all.

I was also told to put it in the mail with return to sender written on the outside of the package. I guess this is their way of getting around paying for postage on a return.

I’ll never buy anything from this company again

Sent wrong-opened-used-LG headset

Wish I read these reviews before ordering from this scam company. I ordered a pair of LG HBS-700 bluetooth headsets. They were listed as new for $39.95. I received an open, used box of LG HBS-760 headsets which show on their site for $34.95. I already knew that this set would not pair with my older LG TV as LG Techs have told me that I needed the HBS-700 head sets. So not only did they notgive me what I ordered - they gave me a cheaper opened and used set which had a Yellow sticker dot on the side of the opened box. When I emailed esurebuy they responded that their products are new and that I needed to contact the warranty department of Motorola. What a lot of baloney. Total cheats. I contact my credit card company for a refund and suggest that anyone else with a problem also contact the credit card company you used for the purchased to gta refund from this cheat.

LAIRS, RUDE, LONG WAIT TIME, SHIP WRONG ITEM

Ordered Plantronics - Backbeat Fit Wireless Earphones on Nov 2, 2017, got a email on Nov 3rd that a shipping label was printed with a tracking number. Started tracking immediately however the item was never shipped......I called daily and emailed daily to get info and was told item will take 7-10 days. Well the 10th day comes and goes and still no package and no information on tracking with post office. Post Office confirmed package had never been mailed. Called the phone number on internet to esurebuy in Brooklyn, NY and got a lady who was a bitch! She had a no care attitude and never answered my question....I asked her to give me the exact date they dropped my package at the post office and she said give it 2 more day, I said you are avoiding my question and she kept saying 2 more days. My earphones finally arrived on November 18th (15 DAYS after ordering) and they are the WRONG earphones!!! You've got to be kidding me!!! I've waiting over 2 weeks frustrated and finally the package shows up WRONG!!! This company is horrible.....DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! ALL THEY WILL DO IS LIE TO YOU AND NEVER SHIP YOUR PACKAGE AND THEN WHEN YOU DO RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDERED IT WILL BE THE WRONG ITEM!!!! I'm afraid to return the item back to them for correction because I've read so many other reviews about this company sending out the wrong item and when you ship back the item for exchange they never ship the correct item! This company does not deserve to be in business! Customer Service is what makes a business and repeat customers and this company lacks professionalism and definitely has NO Customer Service Skills!!! I will be disputing this issue with my credit card company and I will also file a negative report with the BBB. The more customers that reach out and complain on this company will eventually either close them down or make them see the light when nobody orders from the anymore they will hopefully get their shit together and ship the correct item ordered and treat customers with respect! Ridiculous!

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! UNLESS YOU LIKE YOUR ITEM AND SHIPPING SCREWED UP! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDER FROM AMAZON WHO BACKS THEIR PRODUCTS, SHIPS OUT THE ITEM ORDERED IMMEDIATELY AND IF YOU DO HAVE A PROBLEM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH AND THEY CORRECT THE ISSUE AT NO EXPENSE TO YOU THE CONSUMER!

Sent a used product

Think twice before buying something from esurebuy.com. I ordered this UE Roll speaker and when it arrived, not only had the package been open and taped back together, the speaker had clearly been handled and part of the directions were torn away and missing. I purchased this same speaker from another vendor at Christmas, and I know this isn’t how they arrive new.

When I asked to return the speaker and simply have it replaced with one that hadn’t been opened, N. Braun of esurebuy.com said:

"product ships in new and working condition. product is tested prior to shipping and may have been tampered during shipping. product is 100% original”

The product arrived in a plastic envelope that had to be cut open. The product was NOT tampered with DURING SHIPPING.

I ask: If esurebuy.com is dealing in new products, would they need to be tested before shipping?? I was told in a second email:

"product is brand new and we open them to test to confirm that the product is in good and working condition so that we have no complaints."

Seriously, I wonder why other companies haven't thought to open new products to test they are in good and working condition?

Consider yourself forewarned about the goods esurebuy.com is selling as well as the quality of their customer service.
