No unique information about my tickets

I bought two tickets for olympic basketball tournament for Christmas for my brother and I never received them.
Instead, I received some mails with different subjects so that by now, one day before the olympic event, I don't know excatly what will happen. At first it was proposed to have a delivery of the tickets in the hotel in which my brother will stay and so we completed the format I received by mail and we informed the hotel.
Now I read a mail in which you offer the possibility to cancel my order and have money back, but it is impossible now, because we have already paid plane and hotel stay.
I hope that everything will get solved, but I am really upset for this situation, even because I took part in other olympic events in other cities and nothing like that happened. It's almost unbelievable!!!
If it will be impossible to take part in the event I will obviously ask for having back money I paid for tickets (more than 200 €), plane and hotel stay!!!!

Olympic 2012 Tickets

I bought two tickets for the Olympics to see the Fencing for my boyfriend’s 29th birthday. I was given two dates for delivery (July 10, July 26), of course no tickets showed up. I’ve been trying to call and email the company with no reply. I was able to get a hold of them once in June – my suspicions were raised as soon as I got an email from London2012 about more tickets being release, saw a site to check if the site you bought your tickets from was genuine and they were not. It’s the 26th, still no tickets, still no answer from EuroTeam and I’m out £200. We’ve already booked and prepaid our hotel and airline tickets. This whole site is a scam!
