Folks… you need to learn how to clean your stoves! Most of these probelms are related to a dirty stove. Every brand can get plugged with ash after several tons have been burned. Please look up "leaf blower trick" on YouTube… do a complete cleaning after every ton of pellets has been run thru the stove then use an electric leaf blower to suck out the remaining ash thru your pellet vent.
