basically they wont let small players play the game and they are wanting to clear the server so to take it over for themselves,they will not let new players build citys because as soon as they come out of beginner protection, they are wiped out.they are telling all small alliances and individual players to go to another server. we need your help on this server ,we pay good money to play but are stopped from playing. The alliances at the top are all the same person and he has just started another alliance called Gods

I would like to start off my stating I do (did) really enjoy playing this game, until server na54 where there is a troop glitch ruining the server. Unaware of this i purchased roughly £300 worth of cents/ goodies etc, then upon finding this out i complained to evony, i contacted paypal to request my money back on the terms of evony breaching the games code of conduct. During this time of me requesting my money back evony was in contact with me stating they are doing all they can to fix the glitch but because i requested my money back they "temporarily" banned me from playing which of course i can understand. My reply was if the glitch is fixed and the members banned/ punished for using this then i will retract my request for my money back from paypal. A couple of days past and i got a mail from evony stating this was fixed etc etc so i proceeded to cancel my claims, no money was ever passed back to my account and i have email proof from paypal that they were cancelled, only for evony to say to me that i didn't do it properly, after 3 days worth of mails between me and evony i finally sent confirmation of all my cancelled claims and requested that i can start using my account again, only for evony to not respond!! it has now been 3 days with no reply from evony!! there was constant mails when they were requesting i needed to pay $210, but since i showed evidence of my innocence.... nothing!

This is blatant "daylight robbery" they got me to cancel my claims knowing they would never let me back onto my account! this to me is fraud! i would like to know if anyone else has had a similar story? or anyone know what else i can do to
a) get my money back and
b) expose this as theft!
