Customer verbal abuse/counterfeit change

While shopping at the Fresno 1136 Fulton mall Fallas .I chose my items to purchase.i then went to the checkout line, which was long the chashier then called for additional chashier.which called next in line.i then went to purchase my items.i was treated as if I was a nuisance and treated very rudely.i was then given a fake quarter as change.alonge with other bills and change.she(Sara) then brushed
Me aside to check out the next customer.i observed the change inwhitch I noticed to be a fake quarter in the change .I asked her if this looked like a real quarter she replied no.does not look like a quarter to me...I then said you gave me this as change, and that I wanted a different quarter,so I won't have a problem with it in the future..she then continued to assist the next in line ignoring me as if I wasn't there after two customers I then asked if she can give me another coin.she said I didn't give you this and I stated you gave me this as change.she then said in a loud tone said STOP yelling at me and to leave HER STORE and that as a result HER cashier's would not help me nor ring up any additional items that I wish to purchase.as a disabled person and a customer I felt abused.in no way should ANY person be treated in such a way as to be left feeling verbally abused. I then stated that I wanted the security cameras reviewed to prove that I WAS given a fake coin as change.she(Sara) then stated there are no security cameras or security.she then insisted I leave HER store, another employee then reached into his pocket and exchanged the coin knowing she(Sara) was wrong and had a higher position which caused her to feel she can and could treat customers in a rude fashion.i was very upset and disappointed with my shopping experience at that Fallas store...for tracking information.. transaction number 1011102581139998.store 111.register 2.associate 9034613 Sara.as a disabled person I felt discriminated, verbally abused and as all the men's clothings were UPSTAIRS I being in a wheelchair hade no way to go up stairs and shop..there not wheelchair accessible.that was the worst shopping experience ever

Fallas National Stores, Malden Mass

First, I was out sick between April-May 2017, because of a tooth obstruction in my windpipe. I tried returning to work & had a doctor's note, so I could return to work, but I was terminated.
According to Bishop Regina Shearer during Zion Church Ministries Pray Service & Bible Study, commented about my testimony, that what Fallas was doing was breaking the law if they terminated me, especially with a doctor's note. She was asking if a job counselor or social worker was following up on this. They have & they did not get a response from the company. I also tried reapply to the company. The other reason I was terminated, was there change in store managers.
One of the Vocational Specialists form Eliot Community Human Services commented the store seemed to changed store managers like underwear.

Second, I was talking with a customer, There was an employee who had a death in the family & requested time off. The store manager swore at her, but unfortunately, was arrested & terminated.
After hearing about the incident, my Vocational Specialists form Eliot Community Human Services & I agreed that this was not a great working environment to return to & would be best to go apply somewhere else.
In addition, One of the Vocational Specialist from Eliot Community paid a visit to the Malden Store & noticed as a customer, a commented that it was not a great working environment for me, especially when I was not working. No one greeted him when he was at the store. When I was there I always greeted people.

In addition, there were a lot of employees who quit the company because of the working environment & how the company treats their employees.

Many of the customer also asked me when I was coming back & I mentioned what happened above then told them this is why I am not coming back.

Third, The store does not have accessible fitting rooms for the customers to try on items, before they could buy them. What I told my customers, to save the receipt, take them home if they did not fit, bring the item back & exchange it for another item. I also told the customers that they do not give cash back. There were customers who come to me & complain about the fitting room not being open. I tell them contact corporate offices in California.

Fourth, This bring up the next issue regarding the store is their return policy, many of the customers are upset they cannot get their money back & complained to me along with the fitting room not being available. Again, I told them to contact the corporate offices in California.

Fifth, Which bring me to the next issues, Customer Service & the Corporate Office not responding to customer complaints. According to one of my co-workers, the corporate offices do not respond customer complaints, especially when I told customer to contact the corporate offices in California.

Sixth, The store has been shut down a number of times by the fire inspector of the Malden Fire Department for complaints regarding the violation of the fire codes. They were given a final warning from the fire inspector if they receive another complaint the store will close perminately.

Finally, I am currently working with Eliot Community Human Services to find another job other than Fallas. I applied to Stop & Shop, Wegmen's in which I had a job interview, but did not hire me, Trader Joe's did not have an interview & did not hire me, Dollar Tree, The Fallas in Somerville, TJ Maxx in Somerville & Chelsea, Market Basket in Chelsea, Burlington Coat Factory & Christmas Tree Shop in which I had an interview & was going to hire me after they run a Criminal Back Ground Check.
Again many of the customers ask me if I was coming back, but told them the reasons I am not coming back which I mentioned above.

Formal employee accussed of theft

I've been an employee at store 287 Nov. 10, 2016 to August 27, 2017. I was so called under investigation of theft. On the day of August 26, 2017 I clocked out of my shift, went shopping then to cashier counter to pay. Cashier did what ever they do, but said some items didn't scan. She calls MOD. I mentioned to MOD some items didn't get scanned. When looking at my items she says these items are not scanned and there in the bag. She scans them gives me my discount I pay cash and I walk out the store. Next day August 27, 2017. I show up for work clock in do my duties. Then ask store manager Dora what should I do next. She calls me into the office and she asks me so what happened on the register yesterday evening. I said nothing that I know of. Just that some items didn't scan MOD fixed the problem that's it. Dora store manager says that is called THEFT. Your no longer on the work schedule you are under investigation. Tells me that I'm lucky that she doesn't make a report on me. Tells me to clock out and leave the store. Didn't let me explain or write a statement on my side of the issue. I felt so bad, mad, hurt, discriminate profiled accused of theft. Spoke to DM Hector, He as well very rude, and didn't even want to hear what I had to say on my half. He said that I confessed to it, when store manager asks me in the office on August 27,2017 all I said was OK if u say it's theft. And walked out to clock out. Where does it say that I admit to theft. He said when I said OK. They have written statements from everyone else. No where is mine at to be accredited on my behalf. As a DM he doesn't listen or knows how to talk being a real Smart Ass, Telling me so you want your job back at the store you got caught of theft. Repeatedly telling me. Laughing after telling me.

Employee

Can an employee at fallas and padres legally touch a theif? I have always thought most stores can not touch a person and that they are suppose to call for police. So who knows the truth behind this?

employees on drugs

Some of the employees look very high on drugs. They are very rude and unhelpful. I seen a lot of customers walk out because of the employees. I wouldn't recommend Fallas store to my worst enemy.

Poor customer service

On February 13, 2010, leaving Eagle Lake, Texas on my way back to Houston, I went into the store around 5pm to shop. My associates and I we not greeted nor did I get a response from any employee following my greeting. I proceeded to shop and when ready to check out, the sales clerk acted very uninterested in helping with my purchases, and was very hesitant when answering my questions about the apparel I was purchasing. I just gave the female black clerk the benefit of doubt and was willing to think it was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, I had to leave Houston and go back to that store for an additional purchase. I arrived at approximately 900am, again I was not greeted nor my greeting returned. I proceeded to shop and while at the back of the store a Hispanic female smiled and greeted me nicely. I picked up my items and went to check out. No one was available at the register and I stood waiting until someone showed up at the check out lane. I was very surprised to see the same semi-tall black female that assisted me on the previous Saturday. It seemed that I was having an instant replay from that day. The clerk came to the register and picked up my items and start scanning them. She never acknowledged my presence or asked me if those were my items, or if I had anything else. She just keep scanning until I inquired about the price of an item
(sheet set) that did not have a Fallas Paredes price tag but only had a Ross Store price tag. The clerk's tone of voice was not pleasant when she asked me if I saw any other sheet sets similar. I replied yes but they too had the same Ross price tags. Next the clerk stated the price would be $15.99 or $19.99 and then did not say specifically which one or describe what price was for what size sheets, she just stood there looking at me. I stood waiting for an explanation but received nothing. Finally I asked her "which price is it going to be?” Very sarcastically she replied, "I'm sorry I can' t sell you these sheets because the person over that department is not here to tell me the price." She never attempted to go to that department and check nor tell me to wait a few minutes to see if she could find someone else to help, she just dismissed me and took the sheets and threw them to the side. At that time I asked her for her name and she replied Debra. I then asked if she was the manager and she stated yes, I thanked her and as I took my purchases I watched her make a note following my purchase before I left from the register. I was very unsatisfied with the service rendered. If she was management, she was a poor example on how to treat customers. She appeared to uncaring, unmotivated uninformed and very lazy. I could possibly understand somewhat if this was at the close of hard, strenuous day but this was during first hours of opening and in my opinion there was no cause to be so rude, unattentive and disrespectful of a customer. Just because this is a discount store, that does not give employees the right to treat customer any kind a way. I am seriously considering not patronizing these stores and sending a letter to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for your time and endurance in this matter.
