FRADULENT AND UNETHICAL PRACTICES

I leased a 2003 Toyota Avalon 30 days ago because it broke down and my mechanic said it needs a new engine & timing belt. Tried to take it back and get a refund, it wasn't happening!! I am speaking with a lawyer to see if I have a case.

Used Car

This is common sense, if you read more than one complaint about the same business and it's all negative, you have to assume that this place is doing BAD BUSINESS!! I refuse to believe that this place has any morals toward doing the right thing. They do not value what their business stands for because they do not care! My car has been in my possession for 30 days and needs a NEW ENGINE. That is abnormal for a used car that was sold from a dealership. It should have NEVER been sold. Yes, some used cars have issues, but if a used car has major issues like replacing an entire engine, it should NEVER be an option for a buyer to buy, esp if will be financed. They lied to me when they told me that I could take my car to ANY mechanic to get fixed under the warranty and I learned the truth once my car broke down and I took it to my mechanic, he called the warranty folks and they said in order for the repairs to be fixed, it would have to be taken back to Falls Church Motors and the work done there. Well I did just that and Service Manager Michael just called to inform me that they will replace my IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE and I will pay a simple $100 deductible. I bet a million dollars that my car will break down either this weekend or next week because according to my mechanic, that is the equivalent of putting a band-aid on a stab wound. I'm just frustrated bc I concerned for my safety if the car breaks down again.

Used Car

I read y'alls complaints and I can't believe it cuz I bought my car at Falls Church Motors and yeah I had a few things that went bad like my fuel pump and yeah I was annoyed about it for sure but my husband said that it's a used car and you gotta expect things might go bad but I did pay for the warranty so I had the car towed to them and they fixed it for us with a $100 deductible. They was so professional and never had any problems with having them fix stuff that broke. I don't know I guess it depends on what kinda car you get but I just wanted to say they aren't as bad as the stuff some others wrote. You have to check the oil anyway you can't just wait till the light comes on! Lol that's just like waiting for lights to come on saying your gas is low or something. I think they deserve some props too so I say Falls Church Motors is a pretty good place.

Used Car

You probably work for them or you are in Chris Maher's pockets, this place is the epitome of a used car lot, it is more like a slaughter house for used cars. He tried to screw me, but for once, someone outwitted his egotistic, rip off, poor excuse for a so called man of God. I intend to do something further with him as soon as I get my law degree. I have until August 12, 2013 to nail this guy to the wall with his balls. That may be harsh but he is a harsh, crooked person. There is nothing good about this place, I believe in putting my full information up, I have absolutely nothing to hide from and anyone who makes it off that lot with a vehicle had better never ever take it back, he will slowly kill it like a nurse feeding poison to a patient through their veins. He does not have to report my information to car fax because I already did. He will never be able to resale my vehicle, flood damage, yeah rigt. I hope God strikes him the same measure that he has bestowed upon so many other innocent hard working, people that fell on hard times and had to use him.
