I personally went into First Niagara bank to retain my account which is being sold from HSBC

not only does First Niagara Bank don't value my business, but they had attempted twice to do identity theft on all my account and then ask me to change my address to "prevent such thing from happening". I am just wondering which bank send your statement to irrelevant person and then ask you to change your address as a solution? perhaps they will sell all their clients' account for free by accident and ask all their clients to change address to prevent it from happening?

Everytime I went into the branch, they only service the people that they know, those who they are not familiar with, even if you are in the line up, they will ignore you particularly if you are a yellow woman like me.

In other words, if you happen to have account with them, you "chose" to be abused. and you "chose" to be identity theft by their unethical staff becuase they felt "they can do it"

In addition, they screwed up my driver's license as an identification, now I can only use my passport as ID to do banking, isn't that ridiculous? how many number is there on the driver's license for them to screw up?

I have never seen any bank with such attitude, and lousy services, even full of excuses. The more I ask for help, the more screw up it becomes, right now, I don't even know if they are selling my personal information to other third world country to do what, those who have never opened the account with them probably should not even try. I was only with them for short 2 months and they already "automatically transferred my account to other person without my permission". and ask me to "Change my address" so they didn't have to be responsible. I wouldn't trust them with my personal information or my money
