I have been with Flexi Holiday Club from March 2004,11 years, I tried to make a bookings several times without success. They always advised me to make use of other place to book, but that is not where I want to go. decided to cancel my membership. I tried to cancel my membership several times but without any success as I have to advertise the to sell my mebership twis in newspapers as part of the arrangement. No where I can find anything in my contract about this. I phoned and sent e-mails on a number of occasions to client care to cancel my mebership. Every time I called I get the answer that they will deal with my request but thereafter no response. During the conversations they were not very friendly as in the past. I have stopped my payment to Flexi holiday club and now they want to take legal action against me. What can I do to cancel my mebership from Flexi club as they always have some action to make it inpossible to stop me from cancelling my mebership. In the process I forfeited all my monies paid to Flexi Club through all the years which is a huge amount of money. I did it just to get rid of the treatment I received from them.
