Wrong flight time

Margaret and Wayne Williams were booked on a flight to Dublin on the 4 th of May 2014 ticket receipt 0814369737034 date of ticket issue. 15th of November at Flight Centre Airlie Beach

The flight included paid accomodation at the Holiday inn Dubai which we were unable to use..

We were not advised of the Quantas change in time table which had been altered inFebruary 2014 from departure time 3.25 pm Melbourne to 7.35 pm departure from Melbourne

Margaret rang from Hobart to Flight Centre in Airlie Beach 2 weeks prior to departure but there was no mention made of the Quantas change in time table.

We got off the plane at 4.40 am too late to use the accomodation booked and paid for at the Holiday Inn Dubai as our boarding for Dublin was 6.30 am. We seek accomodation reimbursement.
