for10cents delivery

I have won several items I am still waiting for items that I won over 15 months ago .I also continue to receive email asking me to be patient, that is just a tactic. I finally contacted my banks fraud division, but was told I should have done so within 90 days. so this is to let you all know do not trust them call your bank and file a complaint if you do not receive the products you win. I talked with Maciej Wilhelm on the phone and he promised me this would be settled soon. NO I finally contacted the consumercomplaintsagency, forget the BBB they do nothing. they say resolved. my case was not and I am sure many more have not been either. I did contact a Chicago lawyer today. anybody wishing to join a class action suite against for10cents contact me at ksa101@live.com my user name is saveyourbids if you are reading this Blanca Alexander I have just started. I will spend whatever it takes to stop for10cents for disceptive business practices.

Scam and Fraud

For10cents is a total scam....rfb you first knock the company, then you suddenly Receive an ipad2, now you're sympathetic. You can fool most of the people reading these posts but you don't fool me! You're affiliated with for10cents. No one receives their items. Call your credit card(s) company and let them know of your experiences. I did and they credited all my money back. Since the end of 2009 there have been the same complaints up to present day, specifically non shipment of items. The excuse since 2009 is that they are waiting for funding....Since 2009! THAT SAYS IT ALL......

People, please ignore the positive comments on here, it's just the owner trying to swindle you to the site and take your money by saying they just received their prizes, IPADS, TV's and the gift cards. Such Boogus BS! File a complaint with your paypal account. Do not give these swindlers your credit card # !!! You will go broke and win nothing but a broken heart.

The above comments are from the owner making false positive experiences on this scam of a site. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The owner is having conversation with him or herself and pretending to be other satisfied customers that actually win and receive prizes... pathetic! NO ONE WINS AND NO ONE GETS ANYTHING!!!

I suggested the same thing to them directly, stop auctions, get out from under the backlog, then resume. Unrealistic, as the investors need to see positive cashflow, why would anyone put money into a non-functioning site? So they did the next best thing, fewer auctions, less liability, more competition etc. It's harder to win anything now, but it's a step in the right direction in terms of securing the resources to catch up on the backlog and make the site a money maker for the ownership. As with any other penny auction, the winner of the auction gets a killer deal, everyone else loses. I can accept that. What i can't accept is waiting way too long for wins to ship. Hopefully they can turn that around when/if they can catch up. I'll wait and see. Really hope they can get me at least one more item by xmas.

Thank your rfb12 - I am so glad to hear someone actually got an item from For10cents.com. I want to believe they are sincere and that my items will arrive soon. I have been waiting for months for several nice items that I am disappointed have not arrived.

I really think they should stop auctioning anything at all until they have fulfilled their backlog. Even though they are auctioning fewer items, they are still digging the hole deeper, even as they try to catch up. If they put up a notice on their site and stop auctioning until they have fulfilled their obligations, I believe consumers and legal authorities might be much more convinced of their sincerity.

I look forward to my items from from For10cents.com arriving soon. I enjoyed the site and bid every day for a while. At the beginning, I won a gift card and received it within a couple weeks, so I had confidence in them and kept bidding. I am willing to still have confidence in them if their issue starts being corrected. I too will write again if something good happens.

Update 2. Got the ipad i won yesterday. Still wishy washy on my feelings about them. Lets see whether or not their shipping lag improves. Will update as/if i receive more of my wins

Update, had a conversation w/owner on Nov. 12, 2011. They have been getting hammered all over the internet w/negative reviews (myself included). Ownership says it's a case of "too big, too fast" etc. As hyper critical of them as i have been, i believe they want to do the right thing. How they got in this cashflow situation is anyone's guess, but apparently there is new financing on the way (we shall see) that will allow them to get whole again, catch up with the glut of past due shipments, etc. I have noticed they are having fewer auctions per day ( a good sign IMO). I HOPE that they can get whole, get in FRONT of this shipping issue instead of playing catch up, and turn this thing around. They are shipping out a win today to me, so will post when i get it. I am sure i'll be accused of being a shill, or a hopeless idiot for having even a shred of faith and hope in this company. So be it, i think in the interest of fairness to the company it is my duty to report both good and bad experiences with them. Having said that, i do not want to have to hound anyone to get something i paid for. IF IF IF they can ship promptly, i'll be back.

I agree completely with angerone. I won an iPad 2 in August and I haven't even seen a notice of shipping. When I e-mail them about it I get a "thank you for your patience". I ran out of patience a month ago. And that e-mail about owing us interest? If I can't trust them to give us what they originally owed us how can I expect them to owe us interest? And their not being accredited by the Better business Bureau with a score of 'F' makes me trust them even less. So for10cents.com team, what is your response? I have filed a complaint with the BBB so we will see!

All buys beware do not buy into this site for any reasons for they will take you money and nothing will return to you if you win. I have won a ipad 2 since july 2011 and still nothing. I have email and calls multi-time with not result. I was asked to allow 6 more weeks for deliver due to week ecomony and their finance issue. Stupid enough i beleive and still nothing and it october. And i miss my complain with paypal on the dead line of 45 days. They will say anything or sell anything to get your money. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST AND SAVE YOUR MONEY TO SPEND SOMEWHERE ELES.
