I have receive an email from reserve bank of india to transfer my winning amount of Rs.20507005/- .

I have give my name, address via email after than they sent another email with attached a Form and say to fill and send it so we transfer your winning amount transfere at your account no.

So i want to know that this email send bu Reserve Bank of India or is this email is fraude, is Mrs Shwete Singh is working in Reserve Bank Of India remitance dpartment.
