I too got a call from this group. They called my phone to give a message to my mother. They said she was facing a "failure to appear" warrant on a 7 year old debt. They couldn't give out any information as to WHO to contact to make arrangements or talk to. I "called their bluff" when I called them frauds as well as scammers. They said they had received the DEBT last week, and had made 2 attempts to serve a summons to an address we have not resided at for OVER 6 years. In addition, I looked on our court website, there is NO PENDING action against my mother. Shady joint. Will be filing a complaint with them. Also, the phone number they called was issued to me at my new residence just last year.

Today my husband received a threatening phone call much like the guy before, they told him that he had to call the number, said they were a litigation group and that if he didn't call he would lose his rights. This group seems to be impersonating law officials threatening that he would be served and wound up in jail. But couldn't tell him anything about the debt or company. Why can't they send out collection letters like all the other companies. OG

My mother received a call from this group today with a message to give to me. They told her to tell me that there was a legal matter being filed against me. They also contacted an uncle whom I have not spoken to in 10 years and gave him the same message to give to me. The guy was rude and wanted them to give him my work address and phone number. Thankfully, neither one of them know my work number or address. What are these people looking for? Are they fishing for information and how did they get my mother and uncle? Has my facebook page been hacked?
