On 2/28/2014 sent in a Fujifilm T550 Camera for repair. (Lens Problem), I was told it was not under warranty saying it was an impact problem. Was told it would cost $115.54 to repair, which I sent by check (#1612). I was informed they hadn't received the payment, so I used my credit card to pay over the phone. My credit card was charged four (4) different times 1X $119.90 - Fujifilm, , 3X -$115.54 Fujifilm, Edison, NJ. during the interim my unrepaired camera was sent back to me. The check and credit payments were finally resolved to show one payment for repair.

Spoke to Steve, who said it would be corrected, and later a Manager (Dan) who also said it would be corrected. Called today (3/26/2014) trying to find out the status of my camera. They didn't seem to know what I was talking about at first (although I had spoken to them before). No repair had been done as of yet. Now I informed they'll get right on it. I think they have a problem communicating with each other, one section does not know what the other section is doing. I'LL WAIT AND SEE HOW MUCH LONGER I'LL HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE THE REPAIRED CAMERA. The Saga Continues! Looked at complaints and it's showing them not to courteous or reliable. Hope the complaints are wrong, but at this point I don't know! Tom Ortiz
