I was just checking over my bank statements for the past few months and noticed that there is a charge of $11.99 each month from FYE. That was quite a surprise to me because I know that I did not sign up for anything that would have reoccurring charges. I don't know what this charge is for and I am very angry. I want these charges refunded back to my checking account and to be removed from any list/membership/whatever it might be that will have any type of charges.
