Made a purchase at the FYE store at the Great Lakes Mall in Auburn Hills Michigan in Dec. or Jan. and was offered a FYE Backstage Pass which was presented by the clerk as a discount card. There was NO MENTION OF ANY CHARGE FOR THE CARD and most certainly NO AUTHORIZATION to make recurring account withdrawals in the amount of 11.99 or any amount.
Called 877-351-2131 for customer service and stated I wanted them to:
1. Cancel this "membership" immediately
2. Stop any further withdrawals from my account
3. Refund the three unauthorized withdrawals of 11.99 for Feb., March and April.
Customer rep was polite and cooperative until last when he stated that he could not refund my money. I said as a result I could assure the company that I would most certainly never make another purchase from any FYE store and will be telling friends, family and anyone else I can about this FYE SCAM. Amazingly enough he immediately agreed to refund my money. I will be watching my account very closely.
