New Box of Tube with Rolled Cigarettes in Them

Bought two box'es of Gamble 100's Tubes and found one box with 7 tubes full of tobacco in them .. as a caution put them in a plastic baggie but no one knows who or how to contact Gamble to find out what needs to be done with them .. Any info would be nice
