unauthorized bank withdrawals

Feb 23rd 2014 we purchased a geico auto insurance plan for 2 vehicles. On March 21st i called geico and ask them to hold the premium because we were removing the 2009 malibu from the policy. The customer service rep stated she would hold it until April 1 give us time to have that process done. On. March 28th i called geico to inform them the malibu was gone and she recalculated my payments and informed me what the new premium would be. On April 1st geico submitted the previous premium anyway and cause my bank account to go into the rear and i was charged 2 fees because of their actions. I called Geico spoke to customer service informed them of their mistake got the runaround for 2 weeks, finally they refunded what they owed me and kept their payment i ate the fees on the bank. 3rd month received a payment reminder the payment was twice the amount of my premium. When i called geico they stated i owed them the money they refunded me AND WAS GOING TO STEAL IT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT REPEATING THE SAME INCIDENT AGAIN. I called them again told them the premium was the wrong amount and geico stated that if they refund you money they owe you that they had to have it back? They tried to convince me that they were right but they aren't right. I tried to get them to reverse their decision but they would not and then they asked me do i want them to end the policy that is the worst insurance co to do business with.

Avoid paying a legitimate claim

I would like to add my name to the long list of people who have complaints against Geico. Looks like they will do anything possible to avoid paying a legitimate claim. The money they save by not paying many claims will surely cover the expense of those stupid commercials.

I found out I have a ram in the bush. I have all the letters she sent me that we're lies. I am suing her and geico!!!

Avoid paying a legitimate claim

My adjuster would not answer my calls either but I have phone records to prove it plus letters that made me believe my case was closed and I still had 6 months left.its not over
