Failure to Honour

28/11/11 - Brought online coupons on deal.com.sg
29/11/11 - Email to book reservation and received reply from agency with regards to the additional top-up
required as we wanted to upgrade to water chalet and transportation arrangement needed.
30/11/11 - Payment done and agency acknowledged of the received amount.
Separate email from - [email protected], advised will process my booking
and their customer service staff will contact me for confirmation.
[email protected] - sent an email with order confirmation ID.
15/12/11 - Waited for 2 weeks but no response via calling as I did not receive any E-ticket for my check in of resort
and coach details.
Decided to email them for updates.
19/12/11 - Called but can't be reached, emailed for updates again.
21/12/11 - Emailed again for updates (included deal.com.sg in the loop)
Emailed replied by Lim Kim Poh, with only the coach details.
23/12/11 - Emailed replied mentioned to print out the E ticket which they send in .pdf file.
I emailed back mentioning did not receive any E ticket send by them.
27/12/11 - Emailed me the E ticket with booking date stated - 27/12/11
Received a separate email to double confirm if i have receive the E tickets.
12/01/12 - Received an email from - Malcolm with subject: Urgent: Change of travel date for trip to port dickson
Which my departure date is: 14/01/12
Reason given: sincerely apologies as due to a system error, there is an overbooking for the Avillion hotel and coach.
Therefore hotel and coach is not available as it is totally full for the travel date.
Therefore we would like to request you to change the travel date.
We would like to request you to change to one of these other travel dates which are also
Saturdays:4th Feb, 11th Feb, 18th Feb, 25th Feb, 3rd March, 10th March 2012
12/01/12 - replied back with full refund and compensation due to this disturb to our birthday celebration plan.
Sent an email enquiring if any follow up action is done - no response from agency.
17/01/12 - Emailed for final updates and no response again.

Till date... NO RESPONSE.

Failure to Honour

Hi, that was exactly what happened to me too! My departure date was also on the 14th jan, and I received the shocking news of cancellation just like you. Emailed to them and till now still no reply from them. I wonder how's your scenario now? We're you able to get a refund from them?
