Computer calls to my cell phones

I get phones calls all day and everyday.It got so bad i end up changing my number and with in 2 weeks the phone calls started all over again.I don"t know what else to do.I can see if it was a live person calling me but it was a computer voice i heard when i pick up the cell phone.
