fraud

I was scammed by global fortune network! This happened back in July 11 2011. I made a payment of $17500 fee and then $1500 for clients to be appointed to my website. I got a few phone calls for updates and then the calls stopped... I had no idea it was a fraud! I would like to know how to get every cent back?!
