FRAUD!!! Service is horrible. People are rude in this company and they provide incorrect information.

Last year sometime in April 2011, I went to an online assessment at www.globalvisas.com. Passed. Sometime in May 2011, a certain "case manager" called me, his name was Maux. He offered to help us (me and my husband) to process our visa going to Quebec, Canada. We accpeted. I took IELTS exam on the same month as one of the requirements. I got total band score of 6.5. But then Maux said I didn't pass to the required score. We paid an upfront payment of Php10000, and they opened an online account for us where we can upload the necessary requirements. I took IELTS for the second time in JUne 2011 as advised and paid the second amount due of not less than Php20,000 on July . I got the the same band score. our case manager was changed to Ronald. He informed that my score passed the requirement. I took French class one of the requirements. French I is finished. Maux and Ronald informed that my husband doesnt need to take French class. We paid the total amount of Php80000 at the end of September. Sometime in September or October our case manager was changed again to Charlene. We verified again if my husband doesnt need to take French class. Answered, no he doesnt need to. Sometime in December 2011, case manager was changed. At this time of the year, we were waiting for my renewed passport and our nbi clearance which are included in our requirements to be submitted. and January came case manager was changed to Aimee. Now Aimee informed that my husband needs to take French class. I asked when was the requirement implemented. She answered, since last year. What the heck.

I took IELTS twice and paid Php80,000 for no service done just a total inconsistencies to the information that they were giving us.

Now we are in the process of taking our Php80000 back. We were requesting calls from them since MAy 2012 to complain but our case manager ignored our request and made a lot of excuses. We sent bunch of emails to Aimee, again ignored. We senta message to Global Visas facebook account in June and that's the time that Aimee called my husband, begging to pursue on the processing. SAying " sayang ang application nyo". God how would you trust these kind of people after all we have been through with them. Talked to Charlene after a week or more, she said she would give us an update after a week, preferably monday. Anyway, I'm gonna post her email to us. But 2 weeks have passed and we didnt received any calls. My husband called their office again, talked to Louella, and she was very rude and bastos. My husband's voice was very aggravated and she answered "ok, whatever". Oh my GOd, how can she work in a customer service company with this kind of attitude.

I know it is not a bunch of money but for people like who wanted to have a better living it means a lot to us. We are now seeking legal and media advice as possible to help us.

There are a lot of people who's now a victim of this horrible company, some of them I got chance of getting in touch with. Guys, do not ever take advise from this company. They are fraud. Here's my email address [email protected]

Beware of these people too who works for global visas in Cebu, Philippines
