I had a glow worm boiler fitted in june,after 2month started having prolems with cutting out,contacted the plumber who fitted it,who could not find the problem,so we contacted glow worm who sent a fitter out 3days later consequently,the fault still not found,eventually after 22more visits the last fitter replaced practically all the components within the boiler,in wich time i assumed the boiler my fitter purchased was not fit for purpose,in all we were out of hot water for a month,i have tried to complain at least 3times,,and each time is the same reply,one of our agents will contact you asap,this has been going on over a month now,it appears they are quite happy to take your money but not prepared to listen to complaints..
