GOV Vacation Rewards offers the moon, and delivers straw. Once they have your $$$ the process is nearly impossible to use the funds deposited with them. The dollars become points which are rewards which are confusing which are..... and on and on it goes. When we asked for an accounting of what we had with them, and how to use it, the "let me refer you to...." game begins. Transfer on transfer on transfer, with no real clarity. When asked to have them send us written information on what was in our account and how to use it, the answer was, "We can't do that....we are paperless." When asked to send the data via e-mail (my paper, dude!), that was refused as well. Clearly they do not want to commit to anything. Every time we have called, we get different semi-answers and figures. The shell game goes on and on. They promise to call back in a "day or two." Has yet to happen.

As soon as (if ever) we can figure out how to use our funds that they hold, we will bail out. I think they hope people will just give up the hassle and walk away. The temptation is great. BUYER BEWARE is my advice.

When checking on a location through them for Williamsburg, they offered a "great deal" on rooms. Hmmmm. Same price as on line. Whatta deal!

When we booked a cruise through them, WE had to locate the cruise, the deal, the dates, the cost. They did give us a discount, but would only allow a small portion of our "valuable points" for the transaction.

Don't walk away.....RUN!!!
