We have frolid GWM which brookedown because it was over heating.the car was towed to roodeprt and stayed there for two weeks for repairs.After one week we collected the car we called back explianing that the car is still having the same problem.On the 10th of February the car tottally brko down because of the same problem.When I called requesting to tow the car to the nearest GWM because theres cost involved.I was told that I will be charged again. I dont understand why because John in roodeprt didnt do his job properly.The next thing he ask me what am I aguing about hence he the one aguing with me.This is an inconviency being charged double for the same service and towing cost on me again? The GWM of roodepoort horizon view has poor customer service I have a hoover H5 services was done at the same location my car has been there for three weeks first they lost my service history book and then I find it now the manager throws down the phone in my ear and laugh at me when I talked to him if that is how someone treats their customers I don't want to deal with them ever again.They left me no choice to go to the head office of GWM where I finally was assisted hopefully they can sort this problem out
