My name is Adeline Roughface and I want to file a complaint against H & R Block for false advertising. They ripped me off once again! I have gotten 2 letters stating that my Federal Income taxes were not completed properly and H & R Block filed my taxes for both years 2017 and 2018!

The second letter stated that I did not receive the Child Tax Credit for my grandson Ethan N. Allen who is 10 years old. I have been claiming Ethan since he was 2 years and I have legal guardianship of him and I always show the proper documentation for it. It seems to me that the IRS owes me some money!!

I will fax these documents to the H & R Block company to show them what the IRS is stating that I owe them money!

Please help me in this matter! I have a lawyer to file a lawsuit against this company because it is not my fault that this company made this mistake.

I will never use H & R Block again!
