I specifically asked for the service on the board with a quoted price. When I went to pay for it was told it was was almost double. The reason was because they had to change the texture of the hair. So basically she allowed me to ask for a service that was posted with a Caucasian hair price but gave me an African American hair hidden price. All this you find out after the half assed job was completed. At the registered she hands me a pamphlet with the pricing on it....oh no...never again will I pay $56 at a place like this that can't post all their prices and will intentionally not tell clients upfront that they are being charged more for being black.

I stopped in to get my hair highlighted and it was not highlighted. It was a big blob of yellow . I did not get a cut or a blow dry and I was charged for it . I am very upset and filing a complaint with BBB. My price was 109.00 for just color .

I went to the hair cuttery located at 343 Memorial Ave in west Springfield mass .The hair "STYLIST" gave me a real bad hair cut.
It was so bad that when I got home and see my hair I wanted to cry. YES IT IS THAT BAD. I been a costumer of this particular
hair place for a little over a three years. I AM NOT HAPPY...
