I rented a text book from my daughter from Half.com. Returned the book in the same condition we received it (good condition). Wrapped it with bubble wrap and used a padded envelope from UPS. Company claimed book was damaged and charged my debit card for the "replacement" cost of the book. Of course, can't even get a person on the phone for the company. Do not use this company.
