I'm from Ohio. I bought my 2014 Heritage Classic from Adventure Harley in Dover, Oh. Great service, Great sales ! I'm in AZ for the winter. The closest dealer is Thunder Road, in Kingman. My bike came equipped with led headlight & passing lights. One of the passing lights has like a white powder inside the lens. The light still works, but is getting more & more of the lens covered. I took the bike to the dealership, they agreed it was a defective light & said they'd have to order one. i gave them my info & went to parts to look at other merchandise & discovered they had a light in stock ! The parts manager took the light to service, they agreed to put it in so I would'nt have a return trip ! (80 miles ) ! A tech. took the bike in right away,,,, it took more then 1/2 hr to install ! I had to get home,, I was running late. After I got home, I took a closer look at the light they installed ! It"s an LED light, but in NO WAY is it the same as the original Light !!! How in the world can a service tech. not know what is in stock & what is not ??? Then when a light is found, how can a "Qualified Repair Tech. install a light, (a 10 min job) take over 30 mins to do it, then NOT NOTICE THE LIGHTS DO NOT MATCH !!!!! The new light is'nt even a Harley Stock Light !!!! I am VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS WHOLE MESS OVER A SIMPLE LIGHT REPAIR ! If someone can contact me as soon as possible on how I can get this resolved !!!

I just had the motorcycle in for the 1000 mile service. Approximant date 01/09/2015
The Dealer called Harley Davidson, because the paint on the fuel tank is rubbing off. Approximately on the 01/12/2015
I ask for warrantee for the tank.
The service manager Jeff at Ozark Harley Davidson was told NO WARRENTEE.
I have been buying new Harley Davidsons motorcycles (NEW) sense 1995.
I have put many thousands and thousands of miles on my motorcycle's and never had any issues with paint rubbing off tanks,
because my legs rest on the sides and removed the paint. NEVER!
Get me a new fuel tank with a good paint job, that will last as all the others have for many, many years of service.
Have tank installed and returned to me.
This is A new bike off the show room floor. Not something out of a Sherriff's sale.

After owning 3 soft tails I decided to buy a 14 limited what a mistake that was. Its been in the shop 5 times now 2 were for a recall but had so much trouble leaking coolant fluid. well after having it in 2 times for this they finally got the leaking fixed but now the coolant tank goes empty after riding it for awhile I am going to call Harley in Detroit & raise some hell 3 softails & none were in the shop just for a oil change
