Card delivery problem

Duplicate debit on credit card of customers and reconciliation problem

We are one of the merchants under agreement with a Govt. of India Oil Company. As per the company's motivation and awareness of all customers, credit cards amounting to above Rs.5 lakhs daily. But the statement of account for each TID machine is not being sent by the Bank and therefore reconciliation of card amount is a major problem. Secondly, wrong debits are happening in customers account and they demand spot reimbursement showing the debit message in their mobile. Hence we face severe problem with our customers and we are really losing them and thereby business is also being lost.

We request urgent action as otherwise we may have to seek for some other network.

Credit card

Hi all , I am not happy with your service ,

I got a call from miss Kavita (7058136558)from HDFC credit card department , she told me about credit card and i agree to take credit card for HDFC bank , she send one executive on my address for collecting document . for this she called me lots of time before collecting documents and after that i had called with she and she told me that after your verification you will get one reference number according to same all verification done successfully but still i m not getting any credit card and i am trying to call miss kavita since last 1 month but she is not responding to call , this is not good service to improve bank status .now my credit card status is disapproved , without any information , how this possible , if they want any documents or any thing regarding this they should have to inform for this na , why my credit card is disapproved explain me ? , before filling application your executive calling us lots of time but after completing this no one is taking responsibility , this is very very bad service form HDFC

Incorrect Statement showing additional deduction

Statement Date 19/04/2016 against the card No 552088XX XXXX9549 shows incorrect transaction amount of USD 357.52 (Rs.23,735.11) dated 31/03/2016 with Transaction reference Srilankan 60399999999 Katunayake.

I have not visited Srilanka since July 2015 and the above deduction is not applicable to me. Please review and revert back to me urgently.

Serious complain about forced call

Today I have get call from two person which name is Mr. Aryan (Contact No 9821690073) and Mr. Deepak Sarma (Contact No 8860722374) they told both of HDFC credit card employee and provide some benefit to me against my credit card and charge RS.7000 for the same. I clear cut told them I have not require any benefit about the same. After sometime Mr. Aryan called me and forced me that, the same amount activated (without my concern) and it will deduct from my Credit card. After that I call customer care and discuss the matter. The concern person assure that, without my permission no amount deduct from my card. After sometime Mr. Deepak Sarma call me and told that, the same amount will charge for Credit card maintenance cost. I call customer care again and told the same to call centre executive. He suggest me ignore the same type of forced call at future. My humble request investigate the matter against the forced call.

If any future clarification fee free to call my number.

HDFC Credit Card blocked money in my HDFC NRO account

I am an existing customer with HDFC bank. I am holding NRO account as well as one HDFC credit card from chennai branch. (I moved to Singapore around 3 years back so no more using this card). It has some outstanding amount.

HDFC team call me and ask me to pay the due amount which is legal. But when I ask them to send me the statement so that I can close this they said they can send it to only the address registered in my HDFC credit card, they are also not updating my email id for this.
But instead of working in that part those guys have blocked money in my NRO account. When I ask them to send me the statement then they says they cannot change the email address as it's different from HDFC banking. If they are different then how come an external entity can back my money. That's against the privacy of my account. If anyone can block my money then what's the use of having an account with HDFC?.

I am calling on these numbers since last 3 days but people not responsible enough to pick up the call. Don't know how they are working.

Wrong payment done by smart pay serices

Hi,

through the smart pay services one payment had debited from my credit card account to another person which I was not registered for that I have been taking follow up with HDFC since long time as well I have raised a certain queries but still I don’t get any positive action from HDFC.

As per the last discussion with one of your executive i.e. (Tony & Shreeram) they assured me we will trying to refund that amount & will take follow up with concern person but as of now I don’t have any update regarding payment.

So kindly help me to out of it either I need to take help of consumer court

Unprofessional Behavior of Collection Lady from HDFC Bank

Hi,

With reference to the subject captioned above; would just like to put a complaint against a lady caller; named Ms. Bhavna; who claims to be an employee of HDFC bank, 101, J Block, Ansal Classic Tower, 5th Floor, Rajouri Garden. New Delhi. I also here need to admit that, yes, unfortunately; I couldn't make the Credit Card's payment for this month; due to to certain medical emergency at family.

Nevertheless, being an honest customer; I myself have spoken to the customer care team of HDFC bank and assured them for payments with whatever interest amount in next month; i.e. May'15.

For last few days; I have been receiving phone calls from HDFC's Collection department by this said lady. This lady is very rude and never gives an opportunity to listeners for opening their mouth. Today again, I got a call by this lady and as usual; I responded to her in a very polite way that I can't speak to you much now; as I am sitting in meeting and shall make full payment as per latest statement.

As soon as I said "as per latest statement'; this lady went furious and started yelling on me. She bluntly accused me as a cheater / fraud and all the shits of this universe. I kept on requesting that lady to wait for another couple of days; as we are already approaching the month-end and amount is also not available with me currently. She kept on accusing me and started threatening me that she will start calling all my relatives and ask money on my behalf.

Such an unprofessional behavior of a Reputed Bank like HDFC is not appreciated and calls for a Legal Action against this employee / Bank.

Have also assured that the full payment would be done in May 2015 but the said lady doesnt listen and only threatens

Reversal of overlimit fees regarding

my hdfcbank card no..5243681001645251,mob no.9363108061.as per my last statemnt recd my avil bal was about Rs.3000. I paid my dues on 30th dec Rs4500 and I spent Rs.1258 on 31 dec14 aftre which the receivd message showed that I exceeded the limit by Rs.958, which was not understood. Kindly reconcile and do needful to reverse any penalty is imposed.

HDFC not refunsing my money that has been already refunded by merchat

I am tired of contacting HDFC via every channel. Now, reaching out to you with a hope of getting my issue resolved.

I am being mentally harassed by HDFC for my refund. My merchant processed a refund of 10,000 and they have credit only 5000 rs to my account stating that transaction was incurred only for 5000. However, I have given them date and time of transaction multiple times however they don't bother to read my emails.

My transaction details are mentioned below. let me know If any other information is needed from my side to get this matter solved. I already contacted my corporate HDFC account manager and they are of no use either.

Kindly note, transaction number 1,2,5,8 & 9 need to refunded too. Go back to my monthly statements and you will able to figure out these transactions as I have also pulled this data from them.

HDFC CC not returning Access amount from last more then one month

Hi

My name is Neeraj Verma, I HAD BEEN HDFC CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER FOR MORE THAN 2 YEARS,
By mistake i deposited 2 lac rupees in my Credit card account, now when i ask to return my aceess accoutn from HDFC bank , thye not reverting i m follwing from last one month and tried to call so many times every time answer is diffrent
first time when i called they said pls change your address will send DD on same address
sedcond time when i call they said send address document on chennai address , i send all document via curier on chenai add ,
third time when i called they said not recived doceument might its Postal code currier will not deliver at postal code you need to Speed post . I did the same
fouth time when i call they said they recived doument and they will send DD in 15 days and it in process and 93450 rs amoutn DD will recived in 15 days
after 15 days when i called then they said it will trasnsfer in myt account directly i provided HDFC account num but sitll not revidced
5th time when i called they ask for statement from which i transfer the amount which i provideed but no called recived from HDFC
6th time when i called they said HDFC person colled me but not confirming when they called
7th times when i ask when i will recive my money now tey are saying they are checking at theri end and it will take another 8-10 days

so HDFC is harassign me from last one month
if we delay 1 day thye chage huge intrest , and my 1 lac repees in HDFC accoutn from last one onthe they are not giving me any interst. requesting u plsease look into this issue.

Collection folks calling and harrassing

It is regarding my credit card payment. I have been paying my bills on time every month but unfortunately I missed one of my payment due to some problem. I have informed their Cutomer Center ppl that I will be making payment ASAP by 1st of Sep. These bloody collection guys calling me continously and not only me but to my father as well. These collection ladies are sick and dont have manner to talk. I had a very poor experience with hdfc bank.

Wrong commitment and extra charges on my card

Hi,
I have an HDFC credit card(4617862000792051) and on the month of March'13 and April'13 I have used the card much because of EMI option on my card. I tried to convert my outstanding into EMI but unable to do so and after so many attempts through HDFC customer care executive told me that server is not accepting the OTA password and it seems some server issue so please try after 2 hrs.When I tried again same issue is reported and after 2-3 false attempts finally one of the executive told me that new HDFC signature card is mapped on my number thats why unable to convert my outstanding into EMI and confirmed that after receiving the new card I can convert my outstanding into EMI.
My old address of Noida is updated so I requested for address change and I received the new Signature card(4617872001725752) .When I again tried to convert my old outstanding into EMI still unable to do so and after 2-3 attempts again one of the HDFC executive told me that EMI option is currently not available on my card and I have to wait for sometime(1 week to a month) and I did that as they promise that extra charges will be reversed if applicable for the month but I extra charge was coming on my bill.
Than I wrote a first mail to customer care on 24/7/13 and requested for EMI and to wave-off as talking to customer care was not fruitful.Now it is almost 8 months I am sending continuous mail to HDFC for EMI option as promised but not got that offer and always get a regret and revert that “EMI offers assigned on the credit card is reviewed periodically based on usage and payment pattern on the card account” but my simple question is when I have the EMI option then also I am unable to use the service and I didn’t requested the new Signature Card that was mapped.
And after so many mails and calls on customer care I wrote a mail to call me for further processing and I got a call from customer care executive and she guide me to wrote a letter in the month of Nov’13 to Grievance “HDFC credit card division” but yet not got any revert for the same..
And finally I am ready to pay the complete outstanding but requested HDFC to wave-off my extra charges applicable for the past months but they are not ready for the reversal also. They are delaying the response and finally at the end of the month extra charges was put on my card.
Again I mailed to [email protected] but not got any resolution and also mailed to [email protected] from the last 3-4 months but got 2-3 reverts that "Dial an EMI"is applicable but from few months I was requested for wave-off only.
I am harassed mentally as revert I got from HDFC is for Dial an EMI offer but for reversal not got any revert initially They are delaying the things and extra charges was applied on my card and they are not ready for reversal of that amount.
Again I requested to HDFC to arrange a call and I got a call from HDFC Grievance team and said my points are genuine and will raise the points to Senior management but received a mail for no resolution without any valid justification.

I want to clear my outstanding dues but need wave-off as in the whole scenario it was company mistake as:
I was requested for new card which create all these problem.
I got wrong commitment and improper information from executive..
Hoping a response from HDFC but not got any resolution instead of having valid and genuine points..

Please help and guide me what should I do with these shameless responses without any resolution I received…

lied to give credit limit more than 3 laks

Dear Concern,
My name is Hema Jagtap and has received credit card of HDFC bank recently.
Your executive (Abdulla - Mob No. 9324798217) had contacted me for taking a Credit Card where I had specifically told him that if I am receiving Credit card limit of more than 3 lacks, only then I will take it, else I do not need it.

I had mentioned that the card should be received over my office address, but it was delivered over my residential address which was big mess led to me.

Second, the limit was only 80,000. If that was to be the case, it was your bank's duty to inform me the same and not to deliver the card with such small limit which is of no use to me.

I contacted the executive who offered me the card. He told me to contact some other person (Manohar - Mob No. 9224234332). One day this guy said that he has mailed the case to his senior for approval to increase limit. Second day when I called this guy he msged that he is busy in meeting, so will call me later and the third day his brother picks up phone and says he is out.

I called the executive to inform the scenario, he said some one will call me in next 5 min to inform me the status, but even after 24 hrs, there was no call.

Next day when I called this executive, he literally dropped the phone.

What kind of service is this. Close the card if your bank is not able to give me my required limit. Hopeless and coward executives to talk to customer and resolve their issues.

Faulty billing not being reversed!

I have HDFC Bank Credit Card No. 5176 5210 0365 6446 (earlier Card No. 5176521002431254). My wife holds a co-card for this credit card.

On 19.12.06, Smart Pay Facility was activated on this card for my and my wife’s ICICI Insurance Policies (01405598 and 01206352). The same was confirmed by HDFC Bank Card Division through their letter dated 19.12.06.

On 03/03/07, The HDFC Bank paid premium to some other policy (No. 0140698) of ICICI and sent the bill to me. Later, on verification with the ICICI Bank I came to know that the premium has not been paid for my policy by my credit card company and there is no insurance policy with ICICI of the No. to which HDFC Bank claims to have paid the premium.

On 29/04/07, I sent a letter to the HDFC Credit Card Division to reverse the faulty billing and reverse all the late payment charges and interest charged for this transaction on my credit card due to the faulty billing. . For nearly two months every one from HDFC call center kept on arguing that they have made payment to correct policy and I need to sort out the matter with the ICICI Insurance. After repeatedly giving them the reference to the letter by which Smart Pay Facility was activated, the call center team behaves politely. But every time I called the call center, I was told to wait. I have received two letters from Credit Cards Division of HDFC Bank telling me that they are looking in to the matter.

I my letter dated 29/04/07 I requested HDFC Bank Card Division to stop all smart pay facility on my card also. In response to this, the bank stopped smart pay facility on my card but some for one else’s policy, a third policy on which neither the smart pay facility has been activated nor the payment has been made (ICICI policy No.01406598).

On July 18th: Mr. Amit Bhardwaj, Assistant Manager, Collection Dept called and told that my card is inactive. It has been decided to reverse the transaction. However, to reverse the transaction the card needs to be activated and for that I need to pay Rs. 490/- which will be credited to my account. I was told to make the payment the same day, else he will declare me defaulter and I will have to handle court case and police will come to my place. Hoping that things will get sorted out if I pay Rs. 490, I paid the amount vide their receipt No. F 44440009 dated July 18, 07.

On August 12th, Sunday some one again called me asking for immediate payment for the full amount.

On August 17th some one called me telling that I should pay up the full amount immediately, else they will send some one to my house the next day and I will have to face the consequence (Kal jo apke ghar pe jo tamasha hoga, aap dekhna). I complained about this immediately to Ms. Alka Paul, the senior most official available in their call center about this and as usual, she was polite and assured me that she will ensure that no body visits my home.

On August 25, 2007 Mr. Sameer Bhargava of Escalation Department called me to inform that no body will call me for payment till the dispute is settled.

On September 15, 2007, I have received a bill date 08/09/07 with late fee and financial charges with a comment that my credit history will be shared with the RBI approved credit bureaus.

I have also received a legal NOTICE dated 08/09/07 from Debt Management and Legal Support – Credit Cards of HDFC Bank that the Bank has placed a “Hold on Funds” I my account No. 0321000028806 with HDFC Bank’s branch at C-5, Safdarjung Development Area, Commercial Complex, New Delhi – 110 016 by exercising the Bankers liern and Right of Setoff’ option to the extent of the balance available in my account as on 08/09/07. I have been told to “remit the sum outstanding on my Credit Card A/C with in 7 days of receipt of this notice” failing which the balance amount will be adjusted from my account.

The decision of the HDFC Bank Card team and its Legal Support team to send me a legal notice is tantamount to institutional financial terrorism/ arm-twisting.

Why does the Bank feels that I am liable to pay the minimum amount due indefinitely if it refuses to reverse the faulty transaction? I have already paid nearly 1400/- over and above the due amount excluding the faulty transaction and associated charges on the faulty transaction.

They are not acknowledging the mail now. I think I am left with no option but to take them to consumer court and demand for compensation for my telephone bills, time wasted and interest on the amount held by them besides penalty for harassment.

YOU HAVE CHARGE UNNECCESARY INTREST ON MY CARD AND YOUR OFFICER MADHUKAR HAVE PROMISSED THAT WILL REVISE ALL CHARGES BUT HAVE NOT YET REVISED .
I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND NOT A DEFAULTER AS YOUR BANK HAVE ALSO INCREASED MY CARD LIMIT BUT JUST DUE TO UNNECCESARY CHARGE LEVID ON MY CARD YOU BLOCKED MY CARD, AND MAY I KNEW WHY HAVE YOU DECREASED MY CARD LIMIT TOO .
PLEASE REVISE UNNECCESARY CHARGE LEVIED ON MY CARD INSPITE OF SO MANY RECOMMENDATION WITH YOUR BANK AND CUSTOMER CARE I NEVER GOT PROPER RESPONSE FROM YOUR BANK AND IF YOU CAN’T CORPORATE WITH ME I AM ALSO NOT INTERSETED IN YOUR BANK I M HAPPY WITH OTHER BANK CARDS .

Harassing people who are no longer their customers

I had HDFC Credit Card some 2-3 years back. I cancelled the card as didn't need to pay the yearly charges that they had put on my card and i had another card free of annual charges... but HDFC Credit Card guys keep calling me and keep telling that i have some amount due to pay which is so ridiculous as never made any purchase... They keep adding yearly cards to the card that i cancelled and keep calling me... They are the most unprofessional bank i have ever had the misfortune to interact with...

Harassing people who are no longer their customers

I am the victim of this credit card division of Hdfc bank. They never sent any statemnet to me. and all of sudden i was surprised that from my account 13000 was transfered by the collection department.I thought ok fine now its finished . Now again after more then 1 year these guys wake up and without any prior notice the blocked my account. and to a surprise today when i checked 6960 was again withdrawn from my acount by the credit card department FUND TRF DM-4346781101376465. I dont know how long i have to pay which I am not owing. I am running to and fro to get hold of customer care executive for the settelment but every time i am said this is not the right department and a new number is given to me which i am unable to get through. I emailed to HDFC 2-3 times but no response.
Please let me know what should i do. My hard earn money is goping in waste which i am not owing.

Fear of Fraud

I got some calls from HDFC Bank Credit Card Partner Finmatrix Solutions (Delhi/ NCR) for Credit Card. Sales Executive Shelly sent some person to collect my documents on 12 Nov 2010. Even After 1 Month, there was no response regarding the same. They have sent no written confirmation about the status of issuing my credit card. I fear they have misused or even may have got some fake card and I may be left with a bill of Thousands of Rupees. Somebody please help !!!
Calling the phone numbers is also useless. I gave them 5-6 calls, today they are saying my file is rejected because Landline of my company is out of work!!! How ridiculuous... if Landline is not working then there are too many ways to find the integrity of the customer may be writing email to company address, checking the company website, physical verification blah blah blah... why just stick to the land line number !!!
I think this is just some wrong doings of people in the HDFC Bank Credit Card Deptt. and the outsourced ageny Finmatrix that they are making fool of pepople by collecting the documents of general public and MIS-USE them.

Fear of Fraud

Booked the Indigo flight tickets as per the 10% discount offer using the HDFC credit card and the coupon code. but as per the statement no deduction of discount found. and when enquire about the same in HDFC customer care and the Indigo, they don't have the reasonable answer to it.. So we think this is some kind of fraud.
