I like to inform you that myself with my wife purchased two nos fully Secured Non-Convertible Redeemable Debenture of Certificate no. SD/1/0009915, SD/1/0001507/Regd. Folio no. SD1, SD16, Application no. 76878, 003894 of dt 31.10.12 and one RD of A/C no. HIIL/000129042 dt 30.10.12/ Application no. 417022, Member code. MC00183139 for 36 months from this Company. Maturity date of Debentures was 30.10.15 and RD was 30.10.15. Total Face Value of each Debenture was of Rs,100000.00 and installment of RD was Rs,1200.00 per month. At the time of purchasing of Debenture and RD, there was a good office in City Centre Durgapur, Dt. Burdwan, West Bengal of Himangini Infracon india Ltd but since approx. 8 months back, Company withdrawn their office. Presently after maturity of Debenture and RD there is no scope to deposit the certificates and they are not giving any response to refund the maturity amount both for Debenture and RD. We are very much helpless for not getting our maturity amount. so, please help us in which we may return our maturity/ deposited amount and please take necessary steps in favour of such type of fraud Company. Detail address of Company is Himangini Infracon India Limited Company, Sarada Lane, Saharpur, Near A.P.C. College, Kolkata- 700110, West Bengal and Govt. Registration no. U45400 WB 2010 PLC 153674, Registered under Ministry of Corporate Affairs of India., an ISO 9001:2008 CERTIFIED COMPANY. I have already send two nos letter in this address with registry but all the letter returned i.e. not received by them. Redemption value of Debenture no./Certificate no. SD/1/0009915 was Rs,103000.00 with Rs,1200.00 per month and Certificate no. SD/1/0001507 was Rs,150000.00 and RD was Rs,60480.00. Thanking you expecting favourable reply as early as possible.
