Hotel Bawa International near Domestic airport Refuse to accept Agoda Voucher ID 53843340.

After seeing the reservation confirmation receipt and already mailed them also at [email protected]. Their reception person and manager refuse to accept the reservation voucher of booking of Bawa International for which I had paid already Rs.2935.50. I am frequent customer of Agoda. I showed them my arrival date is 21/08/2014 and departure date is 22/08/2014, still those people doesn't listen me.

I have to take another room at different hotel.

I had to face lots of trouble at night around 12 midnight due to their behavior.It never happened to me before.

I need my complete money Rs. 2935.50 back immediately.

Hotel staff behaved me very badly.
