I have not been to my local Hobby Lobby store for almost a year, but today 8-20-2014 there was some things that I needed and wanted to get a picture framed, I had forgotten why I quit going to this store. After entering I remembered why I quit coming here
I am disabled and have to use a cane to walk, I needed to go to the frame dept. Which is in the very rear of the store so I got a shopping cart in which to lean on. I thought that as big as this store is and it always being busy that they may have gotten at least a couple of those electrically operated shopping carts for those of us that have "Physical Disability's" and can not walk unaided.
What I am saying is all other stores furnish these "Electrically Operated Shopping Cart's for their customers with disability's, this store has "one" manually operated "Wheel Chair". I asked about this to an employee who was putting up stock, she said that many customers have asked about why they don't have the "electrically operated shopping carts she did not have an answer other than to
go on line and ask " Mr, Green " why they don't have them, and so that is what I am doing, "Mr, Green" why don't your store's have
" Electrically Operated Shopping Cart's for your customers with disability's. Kroger's has 6 per store, Walmart's has 8 per store,
Sam's has 6 per store, So why can't your store's have at least 2 per store. I know that there is no law that states that you must have them, " But if you had them then I would shop in your store a lot more frequently, and I really feel others would also ".

I am not complaining but i am warning all women to watch out with a man called Arnold Wilford who lie that he sends courrier in a package for you and after start asking to send money to make that parcel be released from Malaysia because it has been arrested and when you send your money you end up by finding nothing and you can't get your money back.

This Arnold Wilford meets women on www.tagged.com and he starts a relationship after he lies to send you some gifts.
If this is a real company,or website or whatever i don't know please warn also your clients because that man is damaging your name and your customer services.

I don't really know what in the world happened with all of this, but they need to get their act together. I had brought in 4 prints and selected 3 ready-made frames that were on sale. One picture needed a custom frame. There were 4 mats that I was told had to be ordered. These 4 pictures were given a due date of 2 weeks to be picked up. I thought that was a long time - little did I know what would be coming! Two weeks came and went and then it was one broken promise after another. Mat cutting problems, mat color back orders, wrong custom picture frame sent, and what else could they think of? 2 and 1/2 months later I have received my framed pictures after calling and hearing the same old tale, "I'm working on it right now" (and then the next day that had not been the case at all as I was told it wasn't ready yet). I was able to pick up all 4 pictures after calling them and hearing that the last one was being worked on right now and I informed the person I would be up there in 20 minutes. NEVER will I go to this store again. Worst experience I've ever had with a store and felt compelled to complain about this one to warn future customers who want pictures framed. Be prepared for a long, long wait with excuse after excuse! Go to Garden Ridge or anywhere else!
