Three pairs of lace up shoes two from Hotter Shoes and one pair from Ecco not heavily worn have all disintegrated to my embarrassment whilst walking in the town. They are all the so called comfort shoe with soft soles. I am awaiting a verdict from the companies concerned but having viewed other posts on the net I am not confident of a satisfactory result.
