Ethics violation

I have been trying to resolve a mortgage issue and have attempted to work with individuals in the Advocacy Department. those individuals include "Clay" Last Name Unknown (LNU) 855-280-3407 and Wilson LNU 616-355-3023 regarding an error made by Huntington that appears to be them cooking their books to appear to be in compliance with federal guideline as it relates to loan balance ratios to property values. My loan matured with a balance that I had been reducing over the course of 15 years. The bank contacted me and set up a payment schedule on the REMAINING BALANCE. The bank wanted the full balance but during the time I could only get a modification. 6 months into my new loan agreement, they add an additional $15,000 to my loan and say there was a computer program error. I DON'T BELIEVE IT AND I CRY FOUL!!!!

To John Simms and the rest of the Huntington staff I say SHAME ON YOU!!!

I can't reach an executive and I keep getting the runaround. I believe I am not the first with this issue and I have heard media reporting of other banks who were found in violation of this action (Unethical behavior) and fined severely, as a result.

Identity theft

This bank is the absolute worst! I was the victim of identity theft. I did all the due diligence on my part, police report, man hours taken off of work etc.... To rectify the situation. And what do I get from Huntington???? NOTHING!!! But I did get a series of very rude and demeaning customer care agents. There is absolutely no transparency with this bank. No one seems to know anything or give you any answers. You can't even get anyone from the fraud dept on the phone. No one can give you a time span on when your funds will be released. All they say is you have to wait, I get that of course it's a process but we are talking about an amount of money that is MINE!!!! And you mean to tell me you can't give me some sort of a timeline??? I didn't even receive confirmation that my paperwork was received! STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK
