Taking funds from account

Hi, i had recently emailed your company within the 7 day time frame that i no longer wanted your products, my name is Joanna Mihinui 14a Howell Rd, Taneatua Newzealand, However you cintinued ti charge my mastercard number 5246 5100 1910 2160 for products i have not received. My email address is [email protected] please contact me in regards to this matter as i am not happy with the first transaction 2weeks ago from today wednesday of $106.00 and then a further $107.00 today the 25th November 2015 please email me as soon as possible.
