I accepted a free trail of two products promoted via David Jones. Within the 30 days I cancelled both products. I was asked to return the product for one - Hydroxatone - which I did. When cancelling the other product online I was not asked to return the product.

I thought the matter was closed.

I then noticed I was charged on my credit card the full amount for the unreturned product. I rang and explained everything to a very unhelpful Customer Service operator who offered me USD10 off the USD69.95 that had been charged. I threw the product out (2 small tubes that were supposedly 2 months worth of product). Now unable to return and certainly not within the 30 days I was forced to pay USD191.84 to cover this FREE TRIAL!! It ws the only way to comnpletely cancel this account.

I asked for an address to write to management but they"don't work with paper".

BEWARE to go nowhere near either of these products.
