I have updated and attached my Adhar no in Bank A/cs and also in Gas Agency.But subsidy is not coming in my Bank A/cs since October 2016. NO HOME DELIVERY AND MANY COMPLAINTS & REQUEST FOR DEVELOPMENT

I am a customer of INDANE, Oil India Corporation.
We want to register a complaint against our GAS AGENCY in our area.
Agency Name – Abhinandan Gas Agency, Tangla.

Address – Tangla, Dist.- Udalguri, B.T.A.D., Post Office – Tangla , Police station – Tangla, PIN- 784521
Dear sir ,
We like you to inform you, as a last option to get our rights as per FAQ’S of INDANE, that we are
barred of many facilities that is given by our Govt.
Here are some complaints we want to inform in a faith that they will be solved –
1. No corrections is done in the Passbook, like Name (middle & surname also), Address, i.e. KYC is not provided. Agency directly refuses the matter saying it’s impossible, for that we don’t get the Subsidy from the Bank.
2. Home delivery was never done in our area, since the establishment of the Abhinandan Gas Agency.
3. If Regulator or any part is damaged we had to pay a huge amount to replace the same.
4. If we complain about the matters to the agency no step was ever taken by the Authorities, we are always been dominated by the Agency.
Therefore we want to conclude and request you that please help us by taking some action against the Agency and help us to get our proper right.


I want to suggest an area for development that is Tangla Udalguri PIN 784521.Specially the Development of Our ABHINANDAN GAS AGENCY Agency no. 5400001 . This Area wants improvement and development of the GAS agency as it does'nt provide any service to the public like . Home delivery KYC for name and adress change etc. Therefore i request you keeping a faith on you that we will not get dominated by the Agency anymore.

I am Mrs Biva Kayal, ( Vill+P.O- Hotar, 24pgs(S) pin 743610 ) my consumer no. is 0020085( Dabol cylinder ) at Baruipur Gas Service at Kulpi Road Kolkata 144. we gas booked online a cylinder on 27march 2012(booked no 376184) and all time one month is going to be complete and no gas has been supplied and when we talked to that agency they replied that gas is not available but at same time private howkers are taking and selling at high prices . So please look into the matter.

no supply of cylinder

Dear Sir,
this is for your information that we have your service but your distributor are not serving their jobs.i m trying to booking my gas connection since last 15 days but they are not booking my connection and asking me to book my gas through their helpline no...and when i tried to call on their number then they are not receiving their number.we are facing so much problem due to their irresponsible behaviour .kindly try to solve my problem.they are also denying to give me DVC.kindly provide me my DVC.
