I was given this date to sign for uif unfortunately after being attended too they say my claim was not processed. When I asked as to why it was not processed she had no answer. When she looked for my file it was not there. I asked her why its not there she then told me its lost. Frustated as I was I asked her what to do going forward she says nothing they can do and she cant help me. Then she says I need to get these forms again. Pisssed as I was I managed to get 1 ,of 2' ui19 forms from 1 of my companies so I went back to the office and waited another 2hours just for her to attend to me which was a failure as I had to go up to her insist I was at the office from 7:40 and its now 01:15pm and im not sorted. She then say she cant do nothing as im pending 1 ui19 form. I told her the guy that does confirmation had given the company her private email address and she could do my claim as soon as she received it but no she insists I must come back the following week. Aggrevated as I am I mentioned I need to take my wife to hospital as she is critically ill and please do the claim but stone hearted as she is with attitude asked me to go sort my wife out and then come. My problem is it was not my mistake that they incompetent and lost my file atleast have a heart and help me as I have issues of my own. There was no decency for them to call and say as to why my claim was not processed so I could have went in earlier to have it sorted. Im dependent on this money as firstly its mine and I have rent and accounts to pay which is in areas n now im more stressed of the long wait again. This needs to stop. These people employed needs to be given strict ways in handling our papers. Who do we complain to for helping us out. Its not our fault they incompetent. There is a complaint number at the office but I tried calling over several times it just rings. Guys this is not right. We cant suffer for certain people at the office and something needs to be done to have professionalism. Thank you
