This morning around 8.30am (13/3/17) walk in to the imquiry section..Just inquiry on the laptop to courier out just asking on can courier out or not...why the lady infront of the counter why ask her colleagues as me to read the policy..i at there why not just telling me cannot due for policy...why the lady face at counter show to mr unhappy I ask her colleagues her colleagues ardy tell me..we just asking why cannot not quarrel..why the lady face so dark and tell other colleagues ask me to read the policy ...this is not professional sut in front counter tell the customer like this...pls don't let like this person sit or attend customer...give me this attitude totally rude. Management pls look into this matter...i been hear many on the attitude of the attend customer like this...i not believe it...now I can see n feel on it....
